Once after successful login, we can able to see the below AWS Dashboard

1 | AWS Services Menu | It will expand and show us various services category wise. Example :Compute |
2 | Search bar | By typing, we can search the available AWS Services |
3 | CloudShell | AWS CloudShell is a browser-based shell that makes it easier to securely manage, explore, and interact with your AWS resources in CLI Mode. |
4 | Notifications | By Clicking it, it will expand, shows us notifications and Health checks information |
5 | Support | By clicking it, we can reach the support team (support available based on plan we choose) |
6 | Settings | By clicking it, it will shows an options to change language and Visual Mode to change Dark or Light mode |
7 | Region | By clicking on it, it will expand and shows the list of enabled regions for you, Choose region whatever you need |
8 | User Account | This is the User account name(i.e. Root user/IAM user) |
9 | AWS Health | View events that might affect your AWS infrastructure and account. Use these alerts to get notified about changes that can affect your AWS resources, then follow the guidance to diagnose and resolve issues. |
10 | Cost and usage | It will show cost,cost forecast per month and last month cost forecast |
11 | Explore AWS | Explore AWS products, services, resources, events, and more. |
12 | Latest announcements | Latest News related to aws |
13 | Recent blog posts | Here we see the list’ of some aws blog posts |
14 | Recently visited | Here we can see the recently opened services in a list |

16 | Add widgets(show at top)————(show at bottom) | We can add some more widgets which available for the user |
17 | Info | This is info pane, When we click on info beside any service name, it will opens the info pane on right side of aws dashboard |
18 | Reset layout | If you made some changes to aws dashboard, You want to revert back to default, you can choose this option |
