Follow below steps to create (This Web Interface is on Mid 2022)
1. Go to Website : https://aws.amazon.com and click on create an AWS Account to create new accounts
2. Add your Email address and add a Username (as your wish – you can change this after account creation)
Then click on Verify email address.
3. You Need to Verify the Email with Verification code which is sent to your email ( Check your spam folder if it’s not available in inbox, if you not received wait for 5 mins and then select Resend code)

6. Add Debit/Credit Card information for billing :
7. You have to do Payment/Card Verification – charges 2 Rs in India, enter OTP and click on verify, Web interface chances with respect to your bank
8. Add your Mobile number and verify it :
9. Select AWS Plan : Select Basic Support and Complete sign up
10. It’s done, to login select go to AWS Management console
11. To login Select Root user and enter your email and then next enter password
12. After successful sign in , you can see AWS console:
